My Impossible Goals List - What I want to achieve. You should always be learning something new everyday.

Setting goals, both professionally and personally, is essential for engineers to maintain focus, motivation, and continuous growth. In the workplace, clear goals provide direction, help prioritise tasks, and measure progress, enabling engineers to develop expertise, advance their careers, and contribute effectively to team and organisational objectives. Outside of work, personal goals support skill development, work–life balance, and long-term aspirations, ensuring engineers cultivate a broader range of experiences and resilience. By defining and pursuing goals in both areas, engineers can align their daily actions with their ambitions, maintain momentum, and achieve a more fulfilling and purposeful career and life.
